Episode 871: Sam Miller-Sea Witch and Disney Ghost Investigator

Richard is an Internationally known and repected researcher of the Paranormal.  He’s been hunting ghosts since 1978 when he saw a ghost monk at Mission San Antonio de Padua in California.  Since then he’s hunted ghosts all over CA, NV, Hawaii, New Orleans, England and Baja Mexico. Sam wears many hats. She is a Sea Witch, and will be talking about that, and Sam's day jobs were as a cast member at  Disneyland and then worked at Disney Studios for many years. Both of locations  have their fair share of visitors from the other side of the veil.  Walt Disney himself is said to one of those spirits, keeping an eye on the studio and The Happiest Place On Earth. 

It was Ron's birthday so there was no better topic to talk about than candles!

Every so often, we will share one of Ron Kolek's Ghost Chronicles: The Book of Shadows podcasts on Stirring the Cauldron because Marla co-hosts these podcasts with Ron and we like to share guests.  This week, we have Bruce Tango as our guest and he will be talking about the true story of his childhood terrifying experience of waking up to see a mysterious, frightened, and intimidating figure standing at the foot of his bed.  Bruce named him, "The Staring Man." This ghost story has haunted him for 55 years and inspired a second career as a paranormal investigator who can be seen on Ghost Hunters once in a while with the crew.  Co-star Dave Tango is Bruce's son and it seems that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.Tune in and hear about the visitations of the Stare Man way back when,  then find out what happened when Bruce went back to his childhood house 55 years later and see what happened.   

Bill started to volunteer aboard the USS Edson that is docked in Bay City, Michigan. The ship was haunted and the spirits are still alive.  Over the years, he has done  thousands of tours along with lots of shipboard maintenance   and Bill got more and more involved with the paranormal aspect of the ship. One thing led to another, and he started to host investigations on board.*There was some technical difficulty getting Bill into our Zoom room, so for the first 7 minutes, feel free to skip over  Ron's and my chatter and enjoy the rest of the podcast.
