Quillen, MD, offer a compelling look at careers defined by service, mentorship, and camaraderie. In addition to giving practical strategies for managing their time in dual professional roles, they champion the critical contributions of their teams and the mentors who were there every step of the way. With good humor, Drs Dorsey and Quillen demonstrate vividly how purpose, balance, and joy arise out of service to their country, their communities, and the next generation of family physicians.
