ARE YOU READY, REFINER? IT DOESN'T GET MUCH COOLER THAN THIS...The episode "Chikhai Bardo" blew a lot of people away when it premiered as the 7th episode of the second season. A brand new leader was in the Director's Chair but she was a familiar face to both cast and crew. This is Cinematographer Jessica Lee Gagne's first foray into directing. Based on the incredible success of this episode, she'll probably never be a cinematographer again. We're going back in time with a blushing Mark and Gemma. We'll see how they met and fell in love. We'll ALSO venture down to the 'Testing Floor' where a very alive Gemma is being subjected to bizarre tortures by Robby Benson and Sandra Bernhard. Mark is passed out on his couch and Reghabi and Devon are about to come to blows over his body.It's a wild one, Refiner...and this is just PART ONE. Strap in and fire up that workstation. Would you rather have a cozy little gathering at a friend's house, or maybe a meet up at a well-known local Chinese place? Either way, this week we've got you covered on 'Severed'!Outie-Irv has accepted an invite for an evening of Ham and Wine at Outie-Burt's place. This will be the first time Irving has met Burt's significant other: Fields. It's also our first chance to meet the elusive Fields. He has some interesting information to impart, if he doesn't pass out first! We also get a chance to tour the incredible home of Burt and Fields. In reality, it's the Gerald Luss house in Ossinging, NY. We will get WAY into it!!Over at "Zufu", a favorite joint in Kier for Chinese, outie-Mark Scout is trying to curb his reintegration appetitte. As he's feeding his face, Helena Eagan walks in. She has a seat at a booth...all alone. Helena may have had plans other than dinner when she followed Mark Scout into this place. She's quite the aggressive one!! Helena does her best to seduce a confused Mark Scout, but it doesn't work.The meeting at the restaurant prompts Mark to take some serious action regarding his chip. Reghabit 'floods the chip' and Mark can't handle it. We leave him passed out in his livingroom with Devon and Reghabi trying to rouse him. It does not look good.You're okay with Cumin, right?? Good.
