Episode 379: Fans First II

The PTID guys catch up with Flatfoot 56 guitarist/vocalist Tobin Bawinkel. They talk about the early days of the band, and what a long strange trip it's been. Tom's back from the Sunshine State has tales to tell. First the PTID guys talk about the obscene wealth and the We Are The Punx festival in West Palm Beach. Then they get into Tom's unusual lodgings and the various eccentricities of Key West. The Canadian legends are reissuing their 1995 album The Black Spot, and the PTID guys were able to catch up with Joe Keithley (Joey Shithead!) for a fun, wide ranging conversation. The PTID guys were thrilled to catch up with former Hüsker Dü and current UltraBomb bassist Greg Norton in the wilds of Minnesota. They talk about the good old days and his long break from the music business, as well as the formation and new lineup of UltraBomb. With songs from UltraBomb. 

The PTID guys have been having such good luck lately with blind interviews that they decided to add Horace Pinker to the mix.
