Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing titled: “‘When the President Does It, that Means It’s Not Illegal’: The Supreme Court’s Unprecedented Immunity Decision”, and MSNBC legal analyst Mary McCord was called to testify before the committee.
