He took over as international president in 1984 and lasted until his imprisonment in 1999. He was instrumental in keeping the war with the Hells Angels going and during his reign it was one of the bloodiest times in outlaw biker history. For this month's serial killer episode we have the first woman designated by the FBI as a serial killer, Aileen Wuornos. Aileen worked as a prostitute in Florida where she shot and killed 7 men of whom 6 she was convicted of.
