Thankful for the seeds

Today I’m talking about following the seeds that the universe provides in order to know that you’re on the right path:)

Comparison can be the parasite that eats us from the inside out. Maybe today spend a little bit more time learning and loving with the humble understanding that we’re never fully healed.

What would happen to your life if you decided to lean into the uncomfortable rather than running away from it?

In this episode, I speak about IFS (internal family systems) a modality of therapy that I don’t know enough about but I’m currently studying and want to share my thoughts. I find in new age spirituality and many organized religions we tend to want to cast out our egos. But in reality, the very thing that we should be doing is welcoming in the defensive, cryptic, and or sad/mean parts of ourselves. When we can get a closer relationship with them, we can find out what wounded parts are being tripped and triggered. Listen to hear more:)

In this episode, I talk about how things that constantly come up in your life may be the things that you need to lean into for you to heal and to help heal in others. I also speak on how following the rule of the “path of least resistance” doesn’t always work, sometimes the curveballs that are happening in your life are exactly the nudges that you need, to get onto the path of getting the things you want most out of life.

Hello and welcome back. Long time no hear lol. I’ve been trying to figure out what this podcast means to me again. I feel like what I used to make content about no longer resonates with me to that capacity. And so here’s the beginning of a new chapter. I speak about taking bites out of life and taking things slowly, enjoying routine and slowing down things for my nervous system. Life is a revolving door of people and experiences. These episodes are really just random rants of time that make sense to my mind, hoping that it will make sense to somebody else’s:) a reminder, that pain is grounding. areminder that suffering is also what allows you to feel joy; that love grief, and hate are all on one string. and that being alive right now is really a cool experience despite all these emotions. thank you so much for listening and for showing up for yourself❤️.
