But in this episode we review both Tesla and MSTR. Projected possible share price for Tesla is $9K to $30K by 2035! If that projection is even HALF correct, it's worth it to accumulate shares of Tesla. MSTR, as a company, holds hundreds of thousands of Bitcoin on its balance sheet! My opinion, is that both of these company's share price can significantly increase over the next 10 years. If you own shares inside of your Roth IRA, then your gains will be potentially be 100% tax free, if you meet the two requirements for Roth IRA accounts. Some stock trading platforms permit you buy FRACTIONAL shares of the stock. This option makes it very affordable to accumualte. I also review the "Cascading Waterfall" approach to investing. Avoid playing "The Look Back" game as an investor. It is NOT helpful. Be forward looking and forward thinking. No matter what, keep working on and building cash flow for WEEKLY/MONTHLY income. And keep "saving money" in Bitcoin. However, even at a hypothetical $0.50 cents/share payout EACH month, that would still equal a yield of approximately 40% per year! And ICOI is trading at around $15/share at the time of this episode was recorded. Being a successful investor, long term, requires mental toughness. Not even the best investors in the WORLD, are right 100% of the time! We can prepare for these situations BEFORE we actually encounter them! That way we know better how to handle the situation. I continue to build/hold postions in several ETF's that we discuss. Also, I cover WHY it's important to have the 3 types of brokerage accounts: regular brokerage account/Traditional IRA/Roth IRA. Pays MONTHLY dividend. Rich people who tell us to invest in Apple stock are not wrong. But rich people ALREADY have cash flow. Put your cash flow in place FIRST. Then buy Apple and other Mag 7 stocks that are longer term GROWTH plays. They are NOT INCOME stocks. Apple stock pays a dividend of 0.04%!!!! LESS than one percent per year. MSTY and ULTY have NEVER stopped paying dividends, even with the recent REVERSE split late last year. The "cascasding waterfall" approach to investing takes into account that SOME of these high yield/high risk ETF's WILL reverse split. But IF your investment goal is INCOME...then how important is the share price? How imnportant is the reverse split? You are NOT investing in these ETF's for GROWTH. You are investing for INCOME! Build your cash flow pipeline. It's the pathway to freedom. IF you choose to sell all of your shares of MSTY/ULTY you also LOSE the weekly dividends! You can go fast or slow. The choice is YOURS!" We can make money, simply by pusing buttons on our phones. If you have an internet connection, you can live anywhere in the world you choose. And you will still have cash flow weekly/monthly as long as you keep "relentlessly" buying/holding assets. After all, what do rich people do? Answer: they buy/hold assets, some of which bring them income! Inflation is the silent financial killer. Too many people retire and miscalculate the devastating effect that inflation will have on their fixed monthly income! If you utilize margin loans, responsibly, in your brokerage account, you can more quickly grow your account balance. These margin loans do NOT show up on your credit report! If you want to drop your car loan balance, "like a rock" then use some of your dividends, to make PRINCIPAL ONLY payments to pay your car loan off much faster than simply making your scheduled monthly payment. Initially, when evaluating a potential investment: Nothing is more important than the yield, the ROI(return on investment), the share price history, the dividend history and dividend schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. As an investor we can choose to pay more attention to certain things and ingore other things. We do this on a daily basis. And as investors we can wish that we invested differently in the past. But that doesn't help us today and looking forward. Instead keep your focus on what you can change or do differently today and moving forward. Don't play "the look back game" by saying, "I wish I would have invested..." You can't go back and buy Bitcoin at $700/coin. You can't go back in time and buy gasoline at 65 cents/gallon. Those days have passed us by. Those times are gone and are now in the past. Leave them there! Focus on what you CAN invest in today and moving forward. Build cash flow because your entire life revolves around cash flow. If you build enough cash flow, you gain total freedom over your time. You won't have to work in your small business, unless you want to. You won't have to go to your 9am-5pm job, unless you want to. I believe in 2026 Bitcoin will go to $130,000 plus per coin! We have liquidity coming back to financial markets in 2026. The outlook is bright. I am hopeful and I expect that 2026 will be a great year for investors. Don't forget to balance your portfolio with LESS risky things like SPYI and QQQI. Keep stacking shares of these ETF's that don't experience any significant share price erosion. They still pay 12% to 14% per year on your money! I hope you had a great 2025. The Navy Seals in their training, get taught how powerful the word "UNTIL" can be. You will fight "until" you can win or escape etc. The same concept is true for investing. It's OK to make mistakes. It's not the end of your life or the world if you mess up. You can keep investing "until" you are eventually successful and ultimately wealthy. What can you do with cash flow? Answer: anything you want. That's what makes it SO POWRFUL. So build your cash flow (your income) weekly and monthly. Your ultimate goal to be a successful investor is: to stay ahead of the TRUE rate of inflation. I do not consider investments unless I can earn at least 14% or MORE per year! Otherwise, it's not worth my time or my money! By staying ahead of the TRUE rate of inflation, you "outrun" the cash debasement that money printing causes. Each time money is "printed" your PURCHASING POWER decreases of ALL the money you have saved/invested. So the interest rate you earn on your money is EXTREMELY important. Stabilize your portfolio with LESS risky assets that have little to no share price erosion. That does not mean you totally avoid high yield/HIGH risk assets like MSTY or ULTY. They have a place in your portfolio. But they should not be your ENTIRE portfolio. You have to balance your portfolio with assets like SPYI and QQQI and CLM etc. I utilize what I call "the cascading waterfall" approach to investing. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams.
