More valuable than your money, your assets, your retirment account, your home, your business." Wrap your brain around this concept: Your entire life revolves around cash flow! 3 types of personal accounts needed: 1) regular brokerage account. 2) Traditional IRA account. 3) Roth IRA account. You select the brokerage platform you want to use. Push buttons on your phone and make money! It's simple but not easy, unless you know how to do it (as with anything in life).  Start with learning to sell simple options contracts (cash secured puts or covered calls). Then take the "premium" earned (also cash flow) and use HALF of it to buy high yield ETF's. Then take the dividends from the high yield ETF's and use HALF to put back into FREE shares of the thing that paid you the dividend (this lowers your overal cost basis). Also take HALF of the dividend money and invest it in something else (that is LESS risky). You can do this process in ALL THREE of your accounts. Two of those accounts (traditional IRA and Roth IRA) will NOT be taxable. So NO TAX on the gains inside of those two accounts. The only time you pay ANY tax is when you withdraw money from the Traditional IRA. Or if you attempt to withdraw "early" from your Roth IRA(before age 59 1/2 and/or if you have not had the account open for at least 5 years). Would you like to get off of "the hamster wheel" where you work for someone else for 40 years and PERHAPS you can then afford to retire? Start with this premise: "Most of what I think I know about money is likely wrong!" Verify your beliefs. Challenge them and test them. Only 19% of Americans retire with a monthly pension check! So we need to learn how to BUILD our OWN "pension checks" so that we have cash flow each week/month. You can use the Robinhood platform to buy "fractional shares" of great growth stocks like: Tesla and MSTR or ANY of the "Mag 7" stocks. This feature makes it more affordable for most people! Buy fractional shares of these stocks INSIDE EACH of your three accounts! And Robinhood will give you a 3% match (if you join their gold status program) inside your Traditional IRA and your ROTH IRA. I'm not a financial advisor. Some of those assets pay them dividends (cash flow).  Do you understand the TRUE rate of inflation and how the purchasing power of your money "melts" away over time. So that is why it's crucially important to earn at least 14% per year on your money (your investments). We use a ROTATION method when are dividends are paid to us. We take 1/2/ of the dividend money and buy FREE shares of the asset that paid us the dividend. We take the other 1/2 and put it into LESS risky investments and/or use it to pay down debt. Too often we invest with emotion that can prevent us from making good decisions. Tesla may be ONE of the best GROWTH stocks to invest in today, with a 5 to 6 year time frame. After you have $6,000 or $8,000 or $10,000 of cash flow EVERY month, you can afford to sit back, wait, be patient, and wait for the price of Bitcoin to rise to say, $150,000, before you choose to sell some. You need to put your money in places that will give you a high enough rate of return that you preserve the purchasing power of your future money! You must OUTPACE the TRUE rate of inflation. Then do "dividend rotation" where you rotate 1/2 of the dividend money into LESS risky investments that do NOT have share price erosion. We have had TWO interest rate cuts from the Federal Reserve. Still no stock market rally or cryptocurrency rally. Is the Bitcoin rally still on its way? Answer: yes, possibly. But no one knows for sure. If you had been DCA-ing (dollar cost average purchasing) Bitcoin over the past 3 to 4 years, then you SHOULD be able to sell NOW and still be IN PROFIT! Do you have the 3 types of accounts: regular brokerage account, tradtional IRA account, Roth IRA account? If you take a BLENDED approach to investing that includes investing in Bitcoin AND in traditional finance assets, then you get the best of both worlds. Stack shares of Tesla over the next 5 years. Podcast.  Follow me/connect with me on X at: Waypa Today. What does the upcoming FOMC meeting have to do with us as investors and what does it mean for prices consumers will pay? Typcially, stock markets/crypto markets LOVE rate cuts. We are expecting another interest rate cut this coming Wednesday, 10/2925. The cuts are usually accompanied by Gov't money printing which causes inflation. When inflation kicks in, prices rise. This is BAD for consumers because the COST of ALL goods/services has to increase (because inflation/money printing casuses the VALUE of the money's purchasing power to go DOWN!). So, in response, to LESS purchasing power of money, prices have to INCREASE! But inflation actually benefits those who BUY/HOLD assets!  So it is a double edged sword. If you OWN assets, then it can benefit you. If you ONLY own things, then you will SUFFER...meaning it will cost you more simply to live (food/energy/cars/rent/real estate purchases etc). We believe in dollar cost average buying "slices" of a whole Bitcoin, regardless of the price. Why? Asnwer: Because overall over the next 8 to 10 years, we expect the price of Bitcoin to continue reach new all time highs. What is better? Self custody Bitcoin in a "cold storage" devices? Or simply gaining exposure to Bitcoin by purchasing traditional finance assets? Stacking or "saving money" IN Bitcoin does NOT pay your cash flow. But the other TWO things we talk about DO pay you cash flow both WEEKLY/MONTHLY. 1) Invest in TRUE HIGH Yield ETF's for weekly/monthly cash flow. 2) Sell simple options contracts for cash flow Weekly/Monthly. Have THREE types of accounts at your brokerage platform: Regular account, Traditional IRA account, Roth IRA account. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. Somehow, some way, they believe they will be able to retire once they hit a certain age. But what about cash flow? What are your monthly expenses after you retire? We need to pick an actual number! We need to know how much money we typically spend to live each month! Knowing this invovles the ever dreaded word of "budgetingl" But if you force yourself to live on a strict budget for 2 years, that alone could help to set you up to be wealthy for the rest of your life. Spending less and living AS IF your were broke, can be temporary Warren Buffet said "If you don't figure out how to make money while you sleep, then you are destined to work until the day you die!" I like the idea of building your pile of money and investing it in dividend producing assets. Then live of the dividends. Do NOT simply withdraw 3% or 4% of your big pile of money in retirment, is the best idea. What IF you outlive your pile of money! You could run out of money! You can continue to run the options wheel strategy to produce income even AFTER you are retired. And you can employ this strategy INSIDE each of the 3 types of accounts: Regular brokerage, Traditional IRA, and Roth IRA. Owning Bitcoin is better than owning real estate. Selling Bitcoin is much easier than selling Real Estate. And in owning Bictoin there is no insurance required, no taxes to pay, no tennats to deal with, no overhead like replacing carpet or an appliance etc. And the Bitcoin is portable. You can take it with you anywhere in the world! What are you focussed on? Poor people are focussed on buyting things. Some of their funds (ETF's) were paying a dividend ONCE a month. Now ALL of their funds will pay a WEEKLY dividend. So we will get our dividend money (our cash flow) sooner and on a weekly payout schedule. Wealthy people buy/hold assets! So make it a weekly/monthly goal to buy some more ASSETS. Buy/hold assets that pay you CASH FLOW. Your entire life revolves around cash flow! So build your "ATM machines" INSIDE of you regular borkerage account, and inside of your traditional IRA and inside of your Roth IRA. Then ROTATE your dividend money into LESS RISKY investments. Take 1/2 of the dividend money and buy FREE shares of the asset that paid you a dividend. Take the other 1/2 and buy index funds like QQQI and SPYI. Instead of buying things on your credit card and then paying off the credit card. Build cash flow that will pay for your next purchase of a TV, furniture, new appliances etc. Then use your credit card and pay it off within 2 months. We discuss the dairy farmer story that shows us why share price erosion does NOT matter with ETF's' that pay us a dividend!! And we only lose money when we ACTUALY SELL SHARES. If the share price drops on your STATEMENT, that is a PAPER LOSS, not and ACTUAL loss, unless you're silly enough to sell shares!! The ONLY thing we care about when it comes to Yieldmax ETF's or ANY other dividend paying investment, IS the dividend. We discuss how to manage our thoughts/emotions when we have $6000 or $8000 or $10.000 or more in dividend income each month. If these numbers sound incredibly out of reach to you, then keep listening to this podcast. We explain in multiple episodes how you can simply push buttons on your phone and INCREASE you weekly/monthly cash flow. We also talk about "saving our money" in Bitcoin and why that is superior to simply placing cash in a low yield or low interest bank account. We experience the life that we focus on (per Tony Robbins). What we consciously choose to focus on, often dictates our ultimate success or failure. In my monthly budget, every dollar has ONE job...to make me another dollar. How do we do this? By buying/holding assets. We need to OVERCOME the constant of inflation that ERODES the purchasing power of our fiat currency. What do you believe is possible for you? What we tell ourselves (especially repeatedly) often BECOMES true in our lives. A great book to read is: "You Can Just Do Things" by Jay Yang. Getting started in something new can be scary. But we need to attempt things and do things EVEN though we feel scared or nervous or unsure. Avoidind risk at all costs AND becoming wealthy is nearly impossible. We have to get used to the idea of accepting some risk and AS you get wealthier you can dial back the risk and take LESS risk as time moves forward and our portfolios grow subtantially. I don't know what your personal beliefs are. What you choose to believe is your personal decision to make. But for me, I believe God has a plan for my life and I believe that He wants to see me succeed and I belive that He HAS helped me in life and CONTINUES to help me even today. This thought, for me, this belief is compforting and helps drive me forward to new opportunites and face life with each new day. We can help to change our lives in 4 years. But I believe in my personal situation, God has helped me to do that in LESS than 4 years. So I can't take 100% credit for my success. But that being said, I was willing to do the work. But I first needed to know WHAT to work on and in what DIRECTION to head. Many people who procrastinate are wonderful people. But their procrastination serves a pupose for them. Procrastination often helps people feel comfortable about NOT STARTING. We convince ourselves that we NEED to do more RESEARCH BEFORE we get started. Most times in life, this is simply NOT true. But telling ourselved we need more time, makes us feel better about NOT taking action today. If we believe in an asset, then when the price drops significantly, our emotions tell us to sell ("cut our losses")> But skilled, long term investors often patiently wait for these opportunities, to BUY more. When the asset price recovers and returns to what it was previsouly, the skilled investors who managed their emotions benefitted by buying shares a huge discount. Have courage today to pick one thing, and work on your dreams.
