Season 2, Episode #99 Not Me, But You! Podcast.

You can follow me/connect with me on X at: Waypa Today. If you want to buy fractional shares of Tesla stock or MSTY stock, you can easily do that at Robinhood.

The three types of accounts we all need are: 1) Regular brokerage account 2) traditional IRA account 3) Roth IRA account.

The USA government shutdown looks like it will finally end which is a good thing for investors. Poor people are focussed on buying things and wealthy people are focussed on buying/holding assets.

We talk about 13 ETF's in this episode that will pay you weekly dividends. What do you do with the dividend income? We discuss that. Where do you get the money to invest in these 13 high yield/high risk ETF's? You can press buttons on your phone and sell simple options contract for immediate cash flow. Take 1/2 of the option cash flow and buy shares of these ETF's. This means you did NOT take money from your paycheck or your bank account to invest in these ETF's which also pay you dividends!

We use a "cascanding waterfall" approach to become wealthy and ready for retirement!

To pay your car loans off sooner: make extra "Principal Only" payments even if it's only an extra $40 twice a month! That strategy will drop your balance significantly very quickly if you do this consistently ever month!

Accumualte 12 shares of Tesla stock. Then get to 25 shares. Next get to 50 to 100 shares of Tesla stock!

Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. We will talk again soon.

I'm not a financial advisor. This podcast is for education/entertainment purposes only. You will need to do your own research and accept responsibility for the results of any money you choose to invest. I love using Schwab.com to buy/sell stocks/ETF's/closed end funds/options. Schwab has a very user friendly app/website and their customer service is excellent. I can easily get to speak to a human being whenever I have questions.
