This week's podcast I sat down with the extremely raw, real, and incredibly open-hearted Alexia Usgaard, the founder of the FEARCE movement, whose life changed dramatically when her alcoholic father passed away in 2014. After quitting her job, she took a flight out to Bali and began a long and meaningful journey with grief.

Alexia’s story is inspirational and a testament that simply putting one foot in front of the other is more than enough in devastating moments in one's life. And that when we listen, truly listen to what our feelings are trying to convey to us, we will be met with wisdom and eventually feel joy again.

During our conversation, Alexia speaks about the impact that growing up with an alcoholic father had on her life, how through meeting grief, she learned that fear is just an emotion to alert us to what we really care about, and how we get busy to prevent ourselves from hearing and feeling ourselves. Alexia’s presence in my life has been profoundly moving, she really does have a heart the size of Earth and is a real giver. You will feel that during the podcast and it's possible you may be moved to tears as I was whilst recording this.

*DISCLAIMER*

This week's podcast was recorded in Ubud, Bali, so for any of you who has visited Bali, you probably know that random sounds are inevitable. so there will be odd sounds now and then, please forgive me,
