Meeting the different ranks in the armed forces and visiting places they are posted helps one understand what it takes for a leader to take decisions, planned & unplanned, purely for collective growth, keeping the organisation's vision in mind.

This episode talks about the leadership learnings from Mahabharat and how to develop those traits in you. I've tried giving examples from Mahabharat for each trait being talked about. I am open to feedback, as all these learnings originate from Dr. Gaurav Pradhan's Sanatan Leadership Program.

I attended a leadership program, which I felt would make ground level difference in an individual. In this and similar episodes, I will be sharing my learnings from this course. This episode talks about leadership learnings one can get from Ramayan. I don't know how much of a difference it will make to anyone, but at the end of the day, the podcast name is Gyaandu :-)
