Gem finishes up cross exam and redirect.We hear from Brian's probation officer, an apartment manager who got surveillance of Brian at the dumpster, another witness brings in Home Depot surveillance, and a witness brings in video of Brian buying men's clothes at TJMaxx The last witness for the commonwealth was a close friend of Ana's in DC. She testifies to Ana's state of mind the last time she saw her, and Ana confided in her about problems in her marriage. The commonwealth rested and the defense was denied a verdict of not guilty.
