A sweltering Australian summer gathering turns deadly when three close friends at a beachside house must fight for survival after a prank goes wrong.



The Penny Lane Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka (or pepper-infused vodka for extra kick)
  • 4 to 6 oz tomato juice or vegetable juice
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper (plus extra for the rim)
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce (like Tabasco)
  • 1/4 tsp prepared horseradish (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. Prepare the rim: Rub the edge of a tall glass with a lemon or lime wedge. Dip the rim into a mixture of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  2. Chill the glass: Fill the rimmed glass halfway with ice and set it aside.
  3. Mix the cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, tomato juice, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, and celery salt.
  4. Shake and strain: Shake the mixture well for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain the liquid into your prepared glass over the fresh ice.
  5. Garnish: Add a celery stalk, a lemon wedge, or a skewer of olives and pickled peppers.
