A new Deep Dive! This time we are talking about Anger. Anger is a so called ' doing' - emotion meaning that a lot of power can come from this emotion. Creative or destructive. Which way it goes depends on your relationship with the emotion. In this conversation we explore:- How anger is an indicator for underlying emotions- How anger can be very damaging for our physical and mental health - Why anger is so much more accepted in the corporate world than the ' softer' emotions - How Anger is never about the other person.
