Episode 9 - The Periphipod Wrap-up

This is a crosspost from our retired podcast, Creek of the Week, which we decided to revisit in order to announce our new project, the High Tech Low Life podcast, or rather The High Tech Low Life Podcast: A Cyberpunk Media Retrospective.  We plan to read, watch, and listen to all things cyberpunk, and break em down week by week.  Give reviews, ratings, and relate the imagined dystopias of the past, to the emerging dystopia of the present.  If you aren't into Dawson's Creek feel free to bounce after the first 15 minutes or so, but here's a secret: Dawson's Creek is dope.  You should listen to the whole thing.

After stalling for a half hour or so, your hosts give some of their final thoughts on Amazon Prime's The Peripheral, as well as listener thoughts and random internet people thoughts.

Episode 6 of Peripheral finally picks up the pace and introduces a character we both love.  It is not without it's flaws however, and we root em out like couple of truffle-hunting piggies.

This week your hosts express their puzzlement at how a show with so few episodes, and so much source material to draw from, can have so much filler fluff in the middle of it's run.  We also talk about the mid terms and make fun of Elon some more.

This week we watch the 4th episode of The Peripheral and comment on it's lack of content.  Lotta fluff this week.
