That somehow, the goal of ministry is the microphone. Your pastor doesn’t need another sermon—he needs a servant. The spotlight doesn’t sanctify you—service does. Today, we’re going to talk about what it really means to be used by God, and why chasing the pulpit will never compare to carrying the load.

Let’s be real—you’ve had that moment. The lightbulb moment. The “this is it” kind of vision. It hits you out of nowhere and suddenly, you can see it. The future looks big, bold, and full of purpose. You start dreaming, planning, maybe even telling people about it. It’s exciting… until it isn’t. Because right after the vision comes the realization: this is going to take a lot of work. And that’s when doubt starts creeping in. The excitement fades, the energy dips, and you start wondering—*was this ever really the right path?* Today, I want to talk to you about that exact moment—when work starts feeling like the enemy of your vision.
