Overhead, clouds drift slowly across the sky—some bright and white, others soft shades of gray. Each cloud represents a thought passing through your mind. There’s no need to control or chase them, simply observe as they float effortlessly by.
As the meditation continues, the sky begins to clear and the clouds fade away, revealing a vast, bright blue expanse. In this stillness, your mind feels light, open, and free. This practice allows you to let go of mental chatter, quiet overthinking, and return to a place of calm awareness. By the end, you’ll feel refreshed, centered, and ready to face the day—or gently drift into rest—with a clear and peaceful mind.
