As we continue our discussion on kindness we look to Jesus and the example He showed of how to treat people. Jesus displayed a radical kindness that defied the culture of his time. We are called to do the same.

Kindness is a fruit of the Holy Spirit that flows from us but at times it can be difficult to be kind. Emma and Rosemary chat about the attitude of kindness that we should have which ultimately shows love to others.

God is so gracious and so merciful. No matter what we have done God extends His hand of mercy to us. In this Heartbeat Rosemary reminds us that through God’s mercy He encourages us to go and live the life He’s called us to.

“Why am I here?” is a question that we all ask. Emma and Rosemary chat about finding our purpose in life, how changing seasons in life affect how we see our purpose and the hope God has planned for us.

When we live with purpose we are motivated to get out of bed in the morning. We experience satisfaction and delight. In this Heartbeat Rosemary encourages us to discover the purpose that God has put on our hearts.

Emma and Rosemary chat about how we can encourage and love others by using our gifts in the service of others.

God has given us many gifts. We should use these to serve others. Rosemary reminds us that Jesus came to serve and we are asked to do the same.

When we come to know who God truly is then we live our lives from that truth. Emma and Rosemary chat chat about living a life where all our decisions, attitudes and thoughts look to Jesus as our reference point of truth.
