In this guided NAP meditation, you'll be imagining that you're sitting in a comfortable deck chair on a dock overlooking a lovely lake that faces in a westerly direction. It's early evening and the sun is beginning to set on the other side of the lake. As you watch the sun descend towards the horizon, you'll relax more and more until you simply drift off into a lovely NAP. At the 1 hour mark you'll be awakened so you can enjoy the rest of your day or evening.
