Angela Ivanova, the co-Founder & CEO at LAM'ON, is a Bulgaria based entrepreneur who is working along with Gergana Stancheva and Philip Ublekov to create a bio-based and compostable thermal laminating film.Currently in the final stages of development, their film provides a sustainable alternative to commonly used plastic for paper and cardboard applications and packaging foils for garments, cosmetics, food and book covers.Angela's personal journey is an inspirational one - of someone who's worked in the printing industry, sick and tired of the plastic she saw in and around her work, which eventually led to the environmentalist in her taking over and deciding to make a change.Listen and learn! Hello, hello! Here’s a riddle - What do Methane and Mangoes have in common? We’ll have to ask Molly Morse and find out!    CEO and co-founder of Mango Materials, Molly is working to produce biodegradable plastics (PHA) made from waste biogas that are economically competitive with conventional oil-based plastics.     Her journey from a civil engineer to doing her PhD in bio-based materials is inspiring to say the least!
