In today’s episode, 2:27 marathoner and BYU alum Aubrey Frentheway joins Karen, Rachel, and Megan just days before she lines up for the Chicago Marathon. Aubrey is coached by the legendary Ed Eyestone and trains alongside elite runners like Keira D'Amato and Makenna Myler. She made her marathon debut in Chicago last year, clocking 2:35, and followed it up with a massive 2:27 breakthrough at Grandma’s Marathon this summer.
