In 2024, Canadian HR Reporter magazine quoted a report by recruiter Hays Canada that noted 71 percent of workers wanted to leave their jobs in the next 12 months. The report noted that figure was up from 61 percent the previous year. How would you rate your job satisfaction, and importantly, how has it changed from a year ago?
