This presentation features Philip Schneider, a former geological engineer and explosives expert who became widely known in the 1990s for his claims about Deep Underground Military Bases, secret government programs, alien encounters, and black budget operations. Schneider said he worked on classified projects that included the construction of DUMBs, especially the site near Dulce, New Mexico where he reported a deadly confrontation between humans and extraterrestrials.
