Review: Me First and the Gimme Gimmes "Have A Ball"

It's our 100th episode! Maybe! To help us celebrate, we've invited back a favorite guest, author Ian Rogers! He helps us take on U2 for a second time.

Despite forming in 1995 (and having no prior releases), Me First and the Gimme Gimmes put out their first album since 1984 in the summer of 1997. That album was called Have A Ball, and it's fittingly the first in our series of Me First album reviews. We listen to their sped-up takes of 60s and 70s classics (and Uptown Girl) and find out exactly why this album is one Danny will never forget.
