I had NEVER heard of the term ‘Over exercising’ until I was working out everyday, sometimes twice a day but kept putting on weight, I felt like shit, slept poorly and it made me crave so much sugar. Doing this episode was really important to me because that frustration of not losing weight when you’re smashing your body at the gym is such a mind F and it’s so unhealthy.
