Hey guys!  

In this episode I talk about how to apply mindfulness to decluttering.  Some of the strategies I talk about here are creating space for your mind to relax, by setting a timer.  Then to manifest what you want your life to look like, and how decluttering is the step you can take today to move that needle forward.  I also talk about how to relax the nervous system by taking deep breaths, and finally, how getting rid of the clutter is going to allow space to receive what you really want in life.
