Bruce & Mindy Mylrea come to you this week via their RV where they eat, sleep and breathe their healthy lifestyle and their program, One Day to Wellness. Bruce’s cancer diagnosis prompted the couple to reflect on the work they were doing in the fitness industry to help “others” and made intentional changes for their health and in order to be better able to walk their talk.  This power couple travels around the US promoting a plant-based diet and educating others on how to feel themselves in the healthiest way. Bruce & Mindy have reshaped their entire life to embody self-care. Mindy is the creator and lead talent behind Gliding, Tabata Bootcamp, Extreme HIIT Chaos, and the non-profit One Day to Wellness. She is a master trainer and on the pro development team for Schwinn Cycling, Body Bar, and Bosu. She has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has won numerous awards, stared in countless videos and is a mentor and inspiration to many! She is also the author of the book, The Plant Powered Penis. Bruce is certified in Plant Based Nutrition as well as being an AFPA certified Holistic Nutritional Councilor. He spends hours each day reviewing the latest in unbiased nutritional research. Bruce is focused and passionate in educating others on the life enhancing and life extending benefits of whole food plant-based nutrition.
