In this episode, Stephie joined her church in doing a 21 day fast and fasted from social media. She decided to document her thoughts along the journey by taking voice memos throughout the process. It wasn't something done in haste in the first place, but she feels like the Lord has done a work on her heart and is just processing out loud.
