The co-stars of Vaderpump Rules - Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval - have responded to Rachel Leviss' lawsuit against them. Ariana Madix has filed an Anti-SLAPP motion requesting the whole claim against her be thrown out and her attorney's fees paid. Ariana states that she never distributed the video to anyone. Ariana also states that she recorded a clip of the video from Tom's phone and sent it to Rachel with a text stating "You are DEAD TO ME".Tom Sandoval filed a Demurrer to Complaint and Motion to Strike. His attorneys claim that the video file he obtained was created by Rachel and sent to Tom by her. Rachel Leviss' attorney has also put out a statement stating that she never created and sent the video to Tom Sandoval and Ariana's account of how she discovered the relationship is false. Veronica Butler was going through a custody battle with Tifany Adams who is her children's paternal grandmother. The children's father was in rehab during the time of the disappearance. Jilian Kelley was the person who was authorized to supervise visits.Subsequently, Tifany Adams and her boyfriend Tad Cullum, as well as married couple Cole and Cora Twombly were arrested on April 13th, 2024, and held without bond. The charges include 1st-degree murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy to murder in the first degree.Cora's teenage daughter, CW, bravely told OSBI that she overheard the group's plans for the homicide, the existence of 2 burner phones and that she was forced to clean the truck after the murders and the previous attempts on Butler's life. The prosecution and defense paint different pictures of what happened on the night of his death.The prosecution claims that Karen and John had problems in their relationship and that she ran him over with her car while drunk, before fleeing the crime scene. The defense states that Karen dropped off her boyfriend at a party with his work colleagues and that it is more likely that he was attacked in the home before being left outside in the blizzard to die. Karen also claims she is being set up by the cops as a cover-up for their actions. A Federal investigation is also currently being conducted but has not yet concluded. Hannah Gutierrez's attorney requested the court to do a conditional discharge which places her on probation with certain conditions. Upon the successful completion of that probation, there will be no conviction on her record. The prosecution responded that Hannah is eligible for a conditional discharge, however, it should not be granted because other felonies are pending and cites failure to accept responsibility due to what was said in the recorded jail calls. The state detailed how they followed the rules of the grand jury and why the trial should move forward. They also explained the reason for rescinding the original plea deal. The state says that after they extended the plea deal to Alec Baldwin, they never responded to the email, told a reporter about the nature of the plea deal, commissioned a documentary about the shooting, and pressured witnesses to be interviewed in the documentary.In a new filing, Diddy and his son, Christian "King" Combs, were sued by a crew member and bartender on a yacht. The attorney representing this case is the same attorney representing Lil' Rod. In an unrelated case, the attorney has been referred to the discipline committee for filing cases in federal court to boost media attention.Bryan Kohberger had a fiery hearing. The TikTok Psychic was mentioned by the survey expert, Bryan Edelman, as part of misinformation that is floating around about the case. A video of the prosecutor, Bill, was used as an example of disseminating information.Bill accused Edelman of tainting the jury pool and Edelman said he was so angry it made him cry. This suit was referenced in Lil Rod’s lawsuit, with a note that a suit would be forthcoming. The suit's allegations stem from incidents on the Holiday Yacht trip that are also detailed in Lil’ Rod’s suit. Unsurprisingly, this plaintiff and Lil’ Rod have the same attorney, currently under fire in New York Federal court. The attorneys for UMG brought to the court's attention a court order in an unrelated case brought by Attorney Blackburn wherein the court ordered him referred to the discipline committee of the federal court. In a comment given to the media, attorney Blackburn states that the two things have nothing to do with the other. One thing is clear: these cases aren’t slowing down. This is in addition to the two life sentences for the murder of his wife and son and 27 years in prison for state financial crimes. Bryan Kohberger had a new hearing because his lawyers were surveying the residents of Latah County via telephone without the court's knowledge. The prosecution revealed the questions that were asked to the citizens as they believed it violated the non-dissemination order. The judge scheduled a hearing for Wednesday, April 4th to see if they can draft better questions for a new survey.
