The Los Angeles Police Department said it was aware of the video but was unable to charge Diddy due to the statute of limitations. Cassie's lawyers put out a statement about the video, “The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. The defense and prosecution agree that the hearing scheduled for May 16th, 2024 should be closed but do not agree that the hearing on May 14th, 2024 should also be closed.Ann Taylor argues the hearing on May 14th should not be closed because it is in the interest of Kohberger's 6th Amendment Right to have a public trial. Tom states that Rachel Leviss sent the video to him, and Ariana states that she never shared the video with anyone but Rachel.Rachel's lawyers said they would move forward with the lawsuit and that Tom and Ariana lied, and they have proof. The co-stars of Vaderpump Rules - Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval - have responded to Rachel Leviss' lawsuit against them. Ariana Madix has filed an Anti-SLAPP motion requesting the whole claim against her be thrown out and her attorney's fees paid. Ariana states that she never distributed the video to anyone. Ariana also states that she recorded a clip of the video from Tom's phone and sent it to Rachel with a text stating "You are DEAD TO ME".Tom Sandoval filed a Demurrer to Complaint and Motion to Strike. His attorneys claim that the video file he obtained was created by Rachel and sent to Tom by her. Rachel Leviss' attorney has also put out a statement stating that she never created and sent the video to Tom Sandoval and Ariana's account of how she discovered the relationship is false. Veronica Butler was going through a custody battle with Tifany Adams who is her children's paternal grandmother. The children's father was in rehab during the time of the disappearance. Jilian Kelley was the person who was authorized to supervise visits.Subsequently, Tifany Adams and her boyfriend Tad Cullum, as well as married couple Cole and Cora Twombly were arrested on April 13th, 2024, and held without bond. The charges include 1st-degree murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy to murder in the first degree.Cora's teenage daughter, CW, bravely told OSBI that she overheard the group's plans for the homicide, the existence of 2 burner phones and that she was forced to clean the truck after the murders and the previous attempts on Butler's life. The prosecution and defense paint different pictures of what happened on the night of his death.The prosecution claims that Karen and John had problems in their relationship and that she ran him over with her car while drunk, before fleeing the crime scene. The defense states that Karen dropped off her boyfriend at a party with his work colleagues and that it is more likely that he was attacked in the home before being left outside in the blizzard to die. Karen also claims she is being set up by the cops as a cover-up for their actions. A Federal investigation is also currently being conducted but has not yet concluded.
