No one knew the tremendous financial impact it would have on the lives of so many, resulting in the loss or reduction of income for those who pay support. The impact of which has affected the ability for some to meet their spousal and child support obligations and for others receiving support to make ends meet. There are many lessons to be learned regarding support such as how to deal with a reduction in income during the pandemic and why the reduction may be a basis to modify support.
