Dr. Margaret Alston (Pre-Professional Allied Health Program Coordinator, Morgan State University), Dr. Emily Hildebrand (Athletic Training Program Director, Towson University), Mr. Collin Francis (Founder, Baltimore Area Sports Health Initiative), and Ms. Claire McArthur (Morgan State Grad and Current Towson University Student) sit down with Dr. Valentine and Dr. Holland to announce and discuss a GROUNDBREAKING partnership between Morgan State University and Towson University, which removes barriers that have historically hindered minority students who wished to pursue an education, and ultimately, a career in athletic training.

Evan Bowie is a high school student who is hyper-focused on pursuing and education and career in medicine. He sits down with Dr. Valentine and Dr. Holland to share tell us his story and his goals.

In the first episode of season 3, Dr. Valentine and Dr. Holland sit down with Dr. Ethan Kreisworth, founder of Black Belt Sprots Medicine @blackbeltsportsmedicine to discuss several topics, ranging from soft tissue mobilization to providing athletic training services for jiu jitsu events. Dr. Kreisworth, who is an industry leader on multiple fronts, drops several nuggets on the current understanding of therapeutic mechanisms associated with approximating tissue via a few products that are currently on the market for athletes and their healthcare providers (athletic trainers).

In part 2 of the season finale, Marty McNair describes who he tries to make sense of the factors that lead to the death of his son, Jordan; Andrew Isaacs draws on his experiences as an athlete, a coach, and now, an athletic director, to explain the differences in approaches to critical situations, particularly where there is an predictable increase in risk of harm.

Marty McNair and Andrew Isaacs sit down with Dr. Valentine and Dr. Holland for part 1 of the season finale to describe how the toxic culture, inside of a football program contributed to the death of Marty's son, Jordan, who suffered a heat stroke during team conditioning activities.
