Jason Harding works in healthcare in man different facets, but his side project, a rental property, has shown him a lot about trials and overcoming obstacles.  

Sterling is a teenager who is involved in sports, music, and art not only in her school, but her community.  She heads up a major fundraising effort each year for different charities in December.  She has a very unique but much needed perspecitve on friendship and kindness.  The perfect conversation to start your new year.
