Farrah Wright-Codlin is a mother, daughter, sister, friend and career woman. Farrah is currently Lead for Employment and Training in addition to Environmental Improvements within a local Government Community Relations Team. She wears all these hats. Yet none of these titles fully describe who she is. So what does? Farrah believes in her character. Her feelings. Her thoughts and her experiences. They shape how she shows up in every area of my life yet as human beings, who we are is subject to change. Farrah believes it is important as humans to reflect on this as we often get lost in life, simply reacting to the world and rarely questioning why we have these positive and at times negative responses.
