With nearly 20 years of experience helping people grow into their fullest potential, she supports adult learners — especially women — to overcome self-doubt and take courageous, aligned action to step into their next level, whether that means returning to school, pivoting careers, or reclaiming their purpose. A former mid-career student herself, Candice understands the mindset shifts and inner courage it takes to grow beyond self-doubt. Her 2023 TEDx talk explored how closing the confidence gap is key to adult learning success — a message she brings to all her work.
