SWAPA has spent the last three years focused on building a strong financial position as we prepare for the next negotiating cycle, which begins in just nine months. So today we are sitting down with SWAPA Second Vice President, Hank Ketchum, Internal Audit Committee chair, Andy Rose, and our Finance and Pilot Benefits Director, Nia Williams, to get an update on how we'll finish the 2026 budget and then look ahead to the 2027 budget, which the pilot group will vote on this fall.
