This episode goes deep into style confidence and finding your sense of self and style confidence.  Becoming comfortable in your own skin is a lifelong journey and it's harder for some people than others. The best thing you'll ever wear is confidence but what has that got to do with clothes? EVERYTHING. There are so many hidden emotional messages when it comes to your clothes. Are you holding back with your style because on some level you don't feel you deserve to look good? You don't want to be a show-off but this is tethered to worrying too much about what others think of us. Be who you truly are and not a version other people think you 'should' be.  This conversation runs beyond my area of expertise in fashion so I invited the confidence and mindset coach Kate Stirling on to The Style Stories podcast to discuss the link between confidence, clothes, truly being who we are - unapologetically and allowing ourselves to look good!  A fascinating chat that really explains clothes are so much more than just something you wear.
