“The name Koelzer and big bears just go together!” This week Brian Koelzer joins Alan Altizer and shares 35 years’ worth of knowledge gained through his experiences in the northwest and Canada. Brian began hunting bear at the age of 12 and has taken numerous trophy class black bear and grizzly. His travels have allowed him to refine his skills and try numerous techniques. Brian was awarded the “The 2024 Montana Bowhunter of the Year” by the Montana Bowhunter’s Association for good reason. We are honored to have him as a regular guest as Brian continues to share his love for bowhunting.
