Gabe Whitley is headed to prison. A Federal Judge sentenced the failed former congressional candidate to three months in prison for falsifying campaign finance reports. The judge's ruling brings to an end a long saga, in which Whitley made up donors and falsely claimed hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions.
