On today's podcast, our Manager of Volunteer Engagement joins us on the podcast and we talk about how you can volunteer at The Rescue Mission. We dive into the importance of volunteering and how it has the potential to change your life.

As a kid, Josh spent time utilizing The Rescue Mission's services. He decided to come back and help those in need by serving as a dedicated volunteering. Since then, he has become an employee at The Rescue Mission and we LOVE having his servant heart around full-time! Give Josh's story a listen.

Volunteers are essential to us being able to do what we do here at The Rescue Mission! Terry has been volunteering with us for a handful of years. From serving meals, to making egg runs, or working the front desk, he really pitches in to help with anything and everything! If you're debating whether or not to volunteer, give this episode a listen.

We had the opportunity to sit down with team members from the Fort Wayne Center for Non-Violence. They shared about the mission and efforts of the organization. The Center for Non-Violence holds group sessions, helps those in needs, and teaches about ways to recognize self-shortcomings.
