The interviewer is Dr. Caitlin Vaughn, a veterinarian who has also earned her Veterinary Human Support Certificate from the University of Tennessee's social work program. Our discussion focuses on helping veterinary professionals with the human aspects of their work. We focus largely on the challenges veterinary professionals face when speaking with their human clients about their beloved animal family members' catastrophic diagnoses and euthanasia.
