70: Live episode from the Ace Of Spades Dolby Atmos playback event in London
On Wednesday 16th April an event was held to celebrate the launch of a brand new mix of Motörhead seminal Ace Of Spades album. The event included a playback in Dolby's Soho headquarters screening room and was preceded by a Q&A of people associated with the album, both old and new. Kris Needs (journalist and friend of the band), Django Holder (engineer who did the Dolby mix), John Jackson (owner of Jackson's studios where the album was recorded), Sally Freeman (John's daughter and runner during the album recording) and all hosted by Howard H Smith. Tune in to hear stories about the recording and mixing of this album over four decades!
