If you are feeling “not ok” right now, you are not alone.

In this episode, as the pandemic surges yet again, and tragedies are unfolding around the world, we invite you to pause and name what you are feeling.

Naming emotions, especially difficult ones, is a tool to disarm the amygdala and soften the edges of difficulty.

Some other strategies to potentially help ease the struggle:

Pause and be present with whatever “is” in this moment.  Be curious and notice.

Nourish yourself, offer yourself kindness and compassion,

and ask good questions.  It should be different but you can still make a difference.
