It was very difficult to find a contact phone number for the Housing Authority online anywhere. I was under the impression that City of Ottawa's Kelly Kritsch (who works for Ottawa's 'Home for Good' program, HFG) is the organization responsible for helping People find a place to live and a subsidy to help pay for it when they do. I figured they probably help People fill out paperwork to make sure it is correct and includes all the supporting documents necessary to secure the subsidy, then send the application off to the 'Housing Authority' for approval on behalf of the individual. That's certainly how I was made to believe the program works, but it's not like that at all.Kelly Kritsch and the other State Actors at Home for Good in the City of Ottawa help People acquire the information for subsidy, fill out the forms, and send them off to.... Yeah, You guessed it, 'Home for Good's Kelly Kritsch!!!The organization that collects the information and makes the application for subsidy is the same organization responsible for verifying and approving the subsidy application!?
