What they do, is Issue an Order, Notice, or in this particular case, a 'fine' against My Self and the Beneficiary which is entirely unlawful. It looks very real, is sent by Way of email, includes the 'Seal' of the Tribunal and the Signature of Robert the Belligerent Brown. But it was NOT filed onto the LTB portal - it does not exist on the official Record!This is what I call 'Rubber Stamping' documents to Give the Illusion of legitimacy. My Beneficiary has long since Given up on the LTB and the LTB (correctly) presumed that My Beneficiary is not going to log into the LTB portal to read the same Order there. If she had, she would have found that the fine and Order to pay do not exist. This was a threat to intimidate the tenant, Give the Illusion of a fine to extort wealth from the Trust (unlawfully, a Trust cannot be sued, only it's Trustee and Executor). I wouldn't even expect any One to believe this level of internal corruption exists if I didn't have it on Record.Enjoy the Show!!!

Hello every One and welcome to a brand new edition of the Kingdom of God podcast, thank King or Queen You for joining Me.Today We have a very Special Edition because I actually have a Mandamus for an Urgent Order to compel performance of Ontario Tribunal Adjudicators who are in fact using the Tribunals as a laundering facility for a massive 'Kickback Scheme' and public money laundering grift.They basically lie to Beneficiaries about the additional housing expenses covered by their subsidy and Give that money to the slumlords instead, in this case MHI. This basically starves any One subject to Ontario Works or ODSP so they can't afford 'basic needs' - it's not called that for no reason, it's depriving People of their own subsistence, an internationally protected right because it is so Sacred (ICCPR Article 1, Par 1 and 2).This is the phone call with Kelly the Criminal Kritsch, advising that I don't like Giving consent because they've been using it to lie, cheat and steal from Me. A converse a Sean with the Trial Coordinator's Office as King why the Court is ghosting My emails and requisition for a hearing for My Form 1 Application.Sarah seems surprised I have the Zoom link for the trial coordinator's office because that's 'only for lawyers'. What happened to equality before the Law, anyway? If a lawyer acting on My behalf would be permitted to be there to set up a motion, then I have the right to be there in My own capacity, too - the rules of criminal procedure in fact require it.They concede to the fraud and the contempt of the Court but I guess they believe that's okay becuase it's just the trial coordinator's office, not a Court of Record.I advised her that it IS a Court of Record because I keep a meticulous record of all the advocacy I am war King on.

I figured that if Shalene the Criminal Curtis McCallum isn't concerned about the fraud taking place in Ottawa and Ontario's provincial Courts as the Deputy Minister of Justice, then Douglas the Deplorable Downey probably won't care, either.However, We always Wish to Give these deplorable degenerates a chance to redeem their Self as Honourable members of parliament. So far, We haven't found a single one.Form 1 Application for malicious prosecution addressed to Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti, provincial prosecutor.

Although I would never personally Wish to be subject to the incompetence of Crown's 'Duty Counsel', I was curious to see if they could help Me elicit a reply from the Court to My Form 1 Application or what other guidance they might Give a Man who knows exactly what Motion he Wishes to bring if he could only be treated fairly and impartially by the criminal prosecutor for Crown, Stephen the Lawless Liar Licht who appears to have compromised a considerable number of clerks at the Ottawa Courthouse in virtually every jurisdiction.Spoiler alert!!! They hang up on Me.

Still hoping for a reasonable explain a Sean as to why the Courts are 'ghosting' Me when setting a date for the Form 1 Application should be done within forty-eight hours. Surprisingly, Tony from 'Virtual Crown Ottawa at Ontario dot ca' (email) returns My call and confirms receipt of My Form 1 Application received by the Court.Tony promises to pass My concerns on to William Coyne, manager of the clerks receiving emails for 'virtualcrownottawa.ca'. I advise him to let William know that I don't believe he is not capable of passing My information to some One capable of providing Me with a Court of competent Jurisdiction to hear My Form 1 Application, but the professional gaslighting continues.I personally think William was probably sitting right beside Tony the whole time. We'll see if he returns My call.

With the Courts email addresses 'ghosting' Me with respect to setting a date to hear My Form 1 Application to address the fraudulent prosecution of Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti, I follow up by phone. As per usual, they appear to be screening My calls or 'coincidentally' happen to be too overwhelmed to answer the phone. So I am compelled to leave a message.You can find the Form 1 Application filed with the Ottawa Courthouse here.It is worthy to Note that a Recording on the answering machine of the Courts responsible for responding to My Form 1 Application is legal and lawful service of Notice - One cannot avoid service by refusing to answer the phone or claim they are not receiving the messages.However, that is why these Recording are so important because there is no Way for Me to prove that the Courts (and therefor the prosecutor responsible) were Given Notice without a Recording.It is also worthy to Note that People are often as King of Me if it is 'legal' to Record My phone calls with People and share them publicly without their knowledge or permission. I Will share with You a small 'fact' in Law which follows Common Law Principles. What is Good for One party, is Good for the other party. If the Courts can legally Record My audio and video without My consent, then I can also Record and and video without their consent - only altering the material in any Way would be unlawful - that would be fraud.Also, public servants and Courts do not have the luxury of privacy because they are public services and servants which are subject to public scrutiny - this is what We are expected to do to hold elected officials accountable to their promises to the People. Finally, any so called 'private' entity such as a utility company or even a commercial enterprise like Walmart Will Record every single phone call made to customer service because it IS absolutely mandatory for any commercial contract to maintain accurate Records which includes complaints. This means that the individual making the call also has the right to maintain a Recording for their Records and publish for public accountability.
