In this episode of Even Better, Sinikka Waugh is joined by Rob Taylor for a conversation about the common frustrations business owners face—and how to move past them. From lack of control to lack of profit, people challenges to stalled growth, it can feel like nothing is working. Rob introduces us to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), a proven set of simple, practical tools designed to help leaders gain clarity, alignment, and traction. Together, they'll explore the six key components that EOS strengthens—Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction—and how they equip leadership teams to overcome obstacles and achieve their biggest goals. Rob also shares real-world examples of how EOS helps owners and teams finally get on the same page, solve problems effectively, and build a business that truly works for them. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by your business, this conversation will show you how EOS can help you get a grip, take back control, and start making progress toward the future you dream of.

Rob’s passion is helping business owners achieve their dreams and get what they want out of their business. Rob grew up in the family ag business. He helped an entrepreneur successfully transition from a distribution operation in California into successful international electrical component manufacturing company in Iowa.  In 2014, Rob started his own company helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through strategic planning, organizational development, and ISO management systems. To date, Rob has assisted over 70 companies. Rob now implements EOS® and enjoys seeing owners and leadership teams finally get a grip on their business! Rob primarily works throughout the central US but lives near Des Moines Iowa with his wife Rhonda.
