Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new allegations from an anonymous male street performer, referred to as "John Doe," who claims that in November 2022, he was invited to an exclusive birthday party hosted by Combs in Los Angeles. According to the lawsuit filed in the New York County Supreme Court, Doe alleges that after being approached by an individual claiming to be Combs' talent scout, he was lured to the event with promises of a potential recording contract. At the party, Combs allegedly offered Doe a drink that was spiked, causing him to feel disoriented and incapacitated. The suit claims that Combs then forcibly performed oral sex on Doe and made explicit comments during the assault. Doe asserts that he did not report the incident immediately due to Combs' power and notoriety, as well as feelings of shock and embarrassment

This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges Combs is currently facing, including multiple allegations of sexual assault and federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs' legal team has consistently denied these accusations, labeling them as false and defamatory. In response to the latest claim, a spokesperson for Combs stated that they would not respond to every new publicity stunt and expressed confidence in the judicial process, asserting that Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. As of now, Combs remains in federal custody, awaiting trial scheduled for May 5, 2025, where he has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
