Aging in today's world is hard. From the inescapable thoughts of death to the grief of when you have "aged out" of a thing, it can be difficult to accept that fact that you're getting older. It makes it even scarier when you're constantly bombarded with the ever present themes of maintaining and chasing youth in media. So how do we combat this? By becoming mindful. Welcome back to The Elephant Room!
