Space Law: a tricky and confusing subject that is becoming a more and more pressing matter in our society as we prepare to become space faring. Over history, laws on ownership and control have changed, maritime law, airspace law, border law; but now we need to figure out how to conduct space law. From "Should we have space law?" to a crime that has happened in space, we discuss a wide variety of topics concerning the subject.
