Dr. Eric Sprankle is a professor of clinical psychology and the co-director of the sexuality studies program at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Xavier University in 2009, completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Minnesota Medical School’s Institute for Sexual and Gender Health in 2011, and was awarded tenure in the psychology department at Minnesota State in 2017. He is the author of the recently published book, DIY: The Wonderfully Weird History and Science of Masturbation.
